Michael Lebsack is the founder and CEO of Ledge Light Maritime Consulting, LLC.  A career Coast Guard Officer until his retirement from the military in 2013, he enjoyed a wide diversity of experiences during his 22 year career including Operations Afloat, Search and Rescue Coordination, All Hazards Incident Response and Command Ashore.

Following his retirement in 2013 he and his family returned to Duluth, MN, where he consults to Range Light Maritime Consulting, LLC of Corpus Christi, TX, conducting hazard to navigation determinations on decommissioned sub-sea pipelines and maritime accident investigation.
